The Brief

We wanted to inspire kids and adults alike to engage in organic and imaginative play.

The Story

Janod is a French toy company that my partner Alex Bernson and I found during our time in Lacoste, France. We fell in love with Janod because they encourage parents to engage in imaginative and organic play. Settling on an illustrative art style encouraged us to channel the idea of "Bringing it back to the basics."

We used the toys as inspiration to create imaginative "worlds" for the little characters to live in. With this in mind we landed on the tag line, "Let Imagination Play". This whole project was created in illustrator piece by piece and it was as fun to create as it was labor intensive! Enjoy!
